File Renamer is a simple utility to rename files, in the same way as the DOC command, but with many more options.
You can batch rename, add character chains to the start or end of the name, delete chains, change the file extension, number them sequentially, convert to capitals or lower case, replace spaces or whole chains ... and many more possibilities.
File Renamer can also work with one or various directories at the same time, and includes an undo option. All this and much more in a simple and small program that's really practical: File Renamer.
